Love & Love only

The concept of Love is a practical Infinity. Love is a beautiful emotion. It is the Sonnet of the Soul. But it is an emotion that is often misconceived easily. There is a huge difference between Loving someone and being in Love with someone.

To love someone is a common human nature. You meet people and stuff daily. You like to interact with them. You like to feel their presence. You feel comfortable, elated and all joyous in their proximity. But to be in Love with someone is different in a large proportion.

When you're in Love with someone, your whole universe revolves around them. You tend to move towards them, inch closer to them at the slightest possible opportunity. Your whole gravity shifts to be in place with them. You experience rainbows and sunshines and thunderstorms and everything else in their words and actions. Their mere presence influences you.

You put them, before yourself. You sacrifice, compromise and care for them, just to watch the slightest of their smiles. You nurture them unconditionally and without second thoughts. It breaks your heart to disappoint them. You will want to see them grow and thrive. You will be elated at their minor achievements and devastated at their miniscule failures.

You bare open your soul to them for their reading. You lay naked on your conscience, with all your shortcomings and failures, for them to judge. You give yourself in. You blame yourself for their mistakes. No one else appears as perfect as that one person.

Being in Love with someone is the soul's true connection to another soul. To accept both as one and live together, in two different bodies. That's what Being in Love means.
