"Uncle, please one chocolate,please!!", I pleaded to shopkeeper.
It was 6:30 am and I was requesting the shopkeeper to open the shop and let me buy some chocolates.
Why..?? Coz its Shreya's b'day!!!
I had already planned everything with my friend, first I'll buy 3 chocolates. One I 'll give her in the morning outside her house and wish her. And then next one I'll give her with a card in school during lunch and then the last one I'll give her with a letter at the end of the school day.
But that idiot had forgot to buy chocolates and card, so now I have to beg to that shopkeeper early in the morning to get atleast one chocolate.
"Uncle please!! Just one"
"Alright, I'm openning the shop, tell which one??", shopkeeper finally said.
"Thank you, uncle, thank you very much. Well, Do you have Cadbury silk??"
"Silk, alright.", he said.
He went to the refrigerator and came back with chocolate.
"Uncle, two more please!!", I requested.
He again went and came back with two more chocolates. He handed them to me, I thanked him and paid the bill and then we start the bike and moved towards shreya's house.
Ten minutes later I was standing at her street's gate.
Thinking about what will I say to her. "Hi, Shreya Happy b'day, may you live long..." may you live long..?? She isn't my daughter, man. Or "Hi, Shreya Happy b'day, may god bless you dear..." dear...??? I guess this will be too much.
Suddenly my friend honked and brought me back to my senses.
"Dude, now what...?? Why aren't going..??" He asked.
"Nothing, I was just thinking...amm..amm... I'm going.", I said and start walking towards her house.
But then I suddenly stopped in the midway and turned back to the bike.
"What happened...??", asked my friend.
"Shrisht...", I replied.
"What...??"
"Shrishti is here... I can't go infront of her..."
"Then, what you're gonna do now...??"
"I'll give it to her in school... let's go..." I said.
"You're sure...??",he asked.
I nodded.
He hit the engine on and we flew away from there.
At school, I was waiting for her in the class. Nobody had still arrived. Five minutes later, I heard the most beautiful voice once again and my world was filled with beautiful colours all over the place and sweet smelling flowers.
It was her... she was coming towards the class, I ran up to door and then just stood there with a smile on face like a statue.
She smiled back, and walked towards her seat. I was still standing there looking at her. Suddenly I remember why I was standing there. I went to her.
"Happy b'day, Shreya", I wished her, giving her the first chocolate.
"Thank you, but I don't eat chocolates, so... I can't take it.", she said with an inocent smile.
"Please!! Just one...", I requested.
But there's no effect on her.
So I didn't try anymore and let her go.
After school, at my house,
"So.... you gave her chocolates...??", asked my friend.
"Hmm... but she refused to take 'em.", I replied with a low tone.
"What...?? But why...??", he asked.
"Coz she don't like chocolates... that's what she told me the reason.", I said.
"Okay!!... now..??", he asked.
"Now what...??", I asked.
"Now where are the chocolates...??", he inquired.
"Oh! Chocolates.... they're in my bag.", I replied.
"Then take'em out, what happened if she doesn't like it, we did... let's eat 'em.", he said.
"I think... you are right.", I said and take 'em out and we both started eating.....
