Late night conversations....
Niharika: What is the matter...??
Me: Matter...??
Niharika: Yes... Between you and Shreya....
Me: Oh!!.. that..
Niharika: Yes... That...!!
Me: Why are you asking me...?? Ask her...
Niharika: I asked her... And she told me that you are ignoring her... Why are you doing this...??
Me: I am ignoring her...??? Or she's ignoring me...?? She's the one who started behaving strange... She's the one who started ignoring... Not me....
Niharika: She isn't ignoring you...
Me: Oh please!! I am not a fool... And you are saying I am ignoring her.... You really think that I can do this...
Niharika: Of course you can't do this to her.... I know... And neither she can.. It's just a misunderstanding between you guys.. and we will sort it out...
Me: Let's see... goodbye now...
I ended the conversation, coz I didn't want any chaos. Next day, I went to school already decided not to talk to her. And I did exactly, I just ignored her in the morning, but my attitude didn't last any longer.
In the lunch period, I was eating with my friends, we all were cracking jokes, having fun. When she came up to me straight, and stands with hands on her waist and anger on her face... My friends quietly left the place, as they had sensed the disaster, my mouth was full, I looked at her and tried to say something. She signalled me to finish the lunch first then we'll talk. I asked her to wait for me in the ground and she left.
I knew there's a tornado coming towards me,I can't do anything but face it...
I went to her, as soon as she saw she got started with her tantrums and all the things I had said about her. Only then I got to know that I was being exposed, Niharika had shown her our conversations, and I was like " Eh.. tu... brutus!!!..."
I told her that reading other's messages is immoral. In defence she asked me that saying those to things about a friend is moral..?? To which I replied that I said those things coz she was doing those things... she was consistently ignoring me and expect me to say good things about her...
Before she could reply to that Niharika interrupted in between and asked us to resolve the matter and move on...
We looked at each other, we stare for a moment, a smile automatically get pasted on our face and we moved on...
She smiled... He smiled... Problem solved...
That day I learned that Sometimes misunderstanding that took place between two people can cause a severe harm to their relationship. But relationship that passes through these tests are came out to be the best and purest form of relationship.... like our frienship...
