May Life be Good

The mystery of life is ever vague beyond compare
And those who seek it out are often cursed with despair
And those who are content to let it simply unfold
May they face their destiny, should it be calculated and cold

May the life they live be ever so kind
May they achieve the things they fought so hard to find
May the hardship they undergo be ever so scarce
May destiny be good to this life of theirs

As time would pass, may wisdom come their way
May they cherish the moments of each and every day
As they find their love, be it their passion, or for another
May they not need live through a broken promise of forever

Life is a mystery, no one knows what may ensue
But the knowledge of not knowing, to live each day anew
Knowledge may be power, and ignorance is bliss
But the things I learned through life, are the things I'll reminisce
