McDonald's, Burger King, Subway: these are the healthiest fast food products

Look out for the healthiest products at McDonald's and other fast food chains too. We have looked at the menus of the most popular fast food restaurants and show which dishes you should choose in order to dine with the best possible conscience.

The Healthiest Fast Food Products - McDonald's:

First, we will introduce you to the healthiest products from the McDonald's range. In which dishes you consume the fewest calories and at the same time receive the most nutrients, you can read here:

Chicken McNuggets are one of the healthiest main meals. A pack of four nuggets has an average of 179 kilocalories. This means that you can plan a calorie content of around 45 for each additional nugget.

 The simple hamburger is also one of the low-calorie products. One of these burgers has 254 kilocalories, so it's not too much for lunch. If you want a hamburger with cheese, the so-called cheeseburger, you have to put up with 304 kilocalories.

A small serving of French fries at McDonald's contains around 239 calories, making them one of the healthier products in main courses. If you would like to have a dessert after the main course, you should use the ORGANIC apple cone.

 It contains only 34 kilocalories and is perfect as a conclusion. Even a cool milkshake in the smallest version with around 180 kilocalories is well suited as a dessert.

The Healthiest Fast Food Products - Burger King:

McDonald's biggest competitor also has healthy products on offer.

At Burger King, small fries have even fewer calories than at McDonald's: on average, a total of 202. However, the classic hamburgers and cheeseburgers each contain around 20 calories more than the competition. At Burger King, a hamburger has an average of 279 calories and a cheeseburger 321 calories. But even with this you still belong to the main courses with the fewest calories.

The KING nuggets are also low-calorie products. Six nuggets have a calorie content of 258, for a total of 43 kilocalories per nugget. An alternative is the "Grilled Chicken Delight Wrap": It contains around 315 kilocalories.

When it comes to drinks, you should also use black coffee, sugar-free soft drinks or water. Then you don't need to worry about the calories. If you want to eat a dessert, we recommend the apple fries with 29 calories per serving.

The Healthiest Fast Food Products - Subway:

Finally, we will introduce you to the healthiest products at Subway. Unlike McDonald's and Burger King, Subway's product range is not designed for burgers.

At Subway, you should especially choose the low-fat subs and salads. There are significantly fewer calories in these products, so you can eat more healthily. With the 15 centimeter long baguettes, the "Veggie Delite" in particular has only a few calories - an average of 215. The "Ham Sub" (a baguette topped with boiled ham) is also a healthy meal. It only has 226 calories.

The other low-fat subs - for example with chicken breast or turkey breast - are also low in calories. These subs have an average of between 270 and 280 calories.

Among the low-fat and low-calorie salads, it is above all the "Veggie Delite Salad" that is particularly healthy. It has just 49 calories per serving. Other healthy salads are those with boiled ham (100 calories in total) or those with chicken and turkey breast (around 109 calories).
