My Beginning

Everything we do has two sides. Appreciation and criticism.

Appreciation is recognising the good qualities of the work. On the other hand, criticism is noticing the mistakes or faults in the work. Each and every work we do will have these two phases.

Some people appreciate our work and some criticise the same. Can we ever figure out why this happens all the time?

The appreciation we get from people is to boost our confidence for the next time. The criticism is to make us realise what mistakes weve committed so that we can recognise it the other time. As they say, everything has two faces. Even criticism and appreciation do have.

In my way, I'll divide criticism into two. One would be, actual criticism and the other false criticism. Actual criticism is nothing but recognising the actual mistakes we've done. False criticism is pointing out one's mistake unnecessarily. People do it out of hatred, jealousy, enmity etc., False criticism is a type of disease which lowers the confidence of a person. It makes a person feel weak. In this kind of criticism, people just point their mistakes out to make them feel inferior and unfit. This is actually wrong. The support which should be boosted in the person just lessens down. We need to change it.

The next kind will be actual appreciation and false appreciation. In actual appreciation, we praise the person for doing good work. On the other hand, false appreciation leads the person to over confidence. For example, if a person has done a bad work and we appreciate him/her for that just to please him/her. This is totally wrong. We need to tell them the truth so that they realise their mistake and do a better job next time rather than continuing it. It's time for us to change all these minor things.

I've written about two things which are minor but really necessary and important in our lives. This may be a silly thing now but later you will realise that this was as important as the work youve done. There was another reason for me writing this. As this is the first thing I'm writing in Launchora, I wanted to know your opinion about it. It may be appreciation or criticism. I want to know. But it should be actual appreciation and actual criticism Ofcourse. ☺️
