Mystery

Mid Jan., cold winter snow blowing through terrains of the Ridge mountain range. It must have been the 22nd of December, when I set out for the road for a long trip to Florida. I wasn't alone to begin with, were you thinking that?

To begin with, I'm Anu, a middle aged not so good looking women, based in Virginia. I work as a manager at a design company.Not so great I know I know.But the fun part is its not a regular 9 to 5 job. I walk in with the designer and leave with her, so a kind off interesting job. Kinda boring to know about me right. That brings u back to the journey.

22nd December, oh yes! The day me, Jessie, Stella and Karthik set out for a long relaxing vacation. Manager and busy time of the year that's what you must be thinking right? Well, fortunately my job permits me for one 'cause we always have a back up to work instead of us. Tracy, my assistant, my back up, well kind off some one who backs me up and lets me go on these vacations. Anyways she's doing my job for these few weeks.

Stella, Karthik and Jessie, their my roommates, here, in Virginia. We all met up in a club few years ago around this time, young adults, passed out off college lookin for a place to stay. Then ended up in the same apartment as roommates, best friends and soul mates. Well, the trip was to Florida, a place where we four love to go.

We reached there on 24th of Dec., Christmas Eve, snowy and plain n white was the view that day. Something I always liked. We decided to go to a church and listen to the carols, we sang and danced the whole day and went shopping late night. Days passed and it was New Years Eve, a day loved by all, all over the world and life chose that day to play a major throwback and let me face something I never thought I would have done or experience!!
