His entrepreneurial journey started with Japanese products including Isotropic Graphite, lumatic tools, and quick collecting couplers, Electric power tools, Computer data storage media products, Audio-Video cassettes, Professional Beta Chem techs for studios/ Tv channels, Batteries (button size), lithium batteries, etc. Today Shimnit Group of Companies has an exceptional history of delivering unparalleled work in improving the Transport Sector of our country through diverse projects in the past three decades.

M/s Smart Personal Rapid Transit Systems Pvt. Ltd (SPRT Systems Pvt. Ltd.) was incorporated in the year 2012 as per the Indian Companies Act, 1956. The main object of M/ s SPRT Systems Pvt. Ltd. is to develop, establish, run, operate, acquire, and manage Transport modes like Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) systems, technology on its own or in collaboration with any other person, firm, company, organization, local bodies, Government Authorities, International Organization, etc. To provide PRT services in three Indian territories, namely Bangalore, Ajmer & Gurgaon.
