I admire you Maa. Not for a single quality that you possess but for all the things that make you, you. I admire you for being the simple, honest and brave person that you are. I admire you for every time you deny to give in even when things get so hard. I admire you for your quirkiness and for your constant effort to learn new things. I admire you for all the values that you instilled in me and for all the rules you live your life by. I admire you for your knack for cleanliness. I admire you for all the sacrifices that you made to keep our family together and for all the pain you went through alone for the sake of me.
You have given me hope when all I knew was darkness and your hugs have taken my fears away a million times. I don't know what I would be without you and I don't wish to imagine either.
Sometimes I ask myself,' Why do you love me so much?'. Is it only because you gave birth to me or because I have something in me that's worth loving? I still am not sure of the answer to this question but I promise you maa, I will become someone that is worthy of your love. I will become the person you dreamed me to be. I will be dauntless like you and honest like you and I will hold all your values and I will always be there for you when you need me.
