Sometimes the best answer is silence.
You've done your part.
You've given so much.
Sometimes you need to know that its better to let them realize what they have done than telling them exactly what is.
Some people need to know that they shouldnt just focus on their emotions alone and think what could have done wrong in the situation.
Sometimes they need to know about empathy.
Someone like you give too much energy that sometimes it drains you out
Someone like you wants to help so much you experienced the unbalanced idea of give and take
Someone like you needs someone that will truly understand their own mind and doesnt need a validation of their own doing all the time
Someone like you needs someone that communicates with you in a mature way.
Someone that tries to figure it out and ask you about it.
Sometimes its just too difficult to let someone out on their own pool of negativity because they let it consume them and you were there trying to take all the negative thoughts out for them to see its not all that matters.
You validate, you explain and they will feel better.
