Grace is a twenty-year-old lady full of doubts about her capabilities. She always thinks that she's not good enough but this time, she'll try to move out of her box.
Her passion is to share knowledge and awareness with others. She loves learning as well as reading. For her, in order to change the world, a person should educate themselves first.
With her ideas and aspirations, she took education as her college course. Thankfully, she became a professional teacher. Yes, she passed the board examination for teachers in the Philippines last September 2017 and that boost a little courage within herself.
Back in high school and college, she was one of those anonymous poem writers and essayist in a state university. She doesn't like fame. She's contented seeing person's smiling faces while reading her humble works.
'Smiles can't be brought by money,' she said within herself.
Honestly, by her writings, she began to be true to herself. In writing, she expresses everything that she feels. When she's happy, she writes. When she's sad, she writes. When she's thankful, she writes. When she's in love, she becomes a storyteller.
'It's too good to be real. I want to be one of those few real things in the world,' she said to herself.
For an introvert like her, writing is a voice inert in one's self. Sometimes, she feels sorry when she can't write something to make others feel better.
In writing, she realizes a simple but honest fact which she believes to be true. She believes that, in order to satisfy others with a written piece, she needs to satisfy herself first.
Grace isn't grammar perfect. She's not flawless. She's full of errors just like the commoners in the society. She's someone ordinary with writing as a passion and teaching as a mission.
If I say, I am her, would you like to know more about her? Is she worth it?
