Practice Gratitude

I was hestitant. Saying thank you at the end of the day and negative things happened and you counter act it with a positive one. It was difficult to program your brain like that most especially when all your thoughts were negative but there was a time that I desperately need it and I just need to try it for the sake of my peace of mind. My mind and heart that time was at war, it was messy but I practice being grateful. Every day was a struggle I know what I should be thankful for but counter acting a negative thought to a positive one was difficult for me but I kept on trying until it just comes to me naturally. Then I realized yes Life is not fair there are storms and dark days but the power of being grateful despite of everything will never taken away from you. I hope you can try it too.
