They told me to speak up
But when I spoke the truth
They put me in cuffs
And blamed me
For a crime I never committed
Justice is never for the innocent
But rather for the perjurer
The court has made a decision
“A death sentence for the murderer”
An easy judgement for the privileged
It was indeed a trial of the millennia
Between the magician and the audience
And you’re the audience
Fooled to come up on stage
To steal your dignity in front of everyone
A fair judgement is unjust
But prejudice is not
In this flawed system
Anyone can be guilty for crime
And I became one for being good
