PUMA is launching its first global campaign in a decade, YEAR OF SPORT, to reinforce its identity as a sports brand.
The campaign will convey PUMA's 76 years of sportsmanship through the slogan, "See The Game Like We Do, FOREVER. FASTER." This year, PUMA's presence in the sector is expected to be even more pronounced, with many high-profile mega sporting events taking place, including the Euro, Copa America and the Olympics.
Since its founding in 1948, PUMA has been at the forefront of sports history with some of the fastest athletes in the world. Deeply embedded in the brand's DNA, the keyword "fast" is the catalyst that unleashes transcendent power beyond human limits, creating countless moments in sports history that will be remembered forever. World soccer stars like Pele (Brazil) and Diego Maradona (Argentina) have worn Puma soccer shoes, while some of the world's fastest track and field stars like Jesse Owens (USA) and Usain Bolt (Jamaica) have won world championships with Puma on their feet.
This campaign kicks off a new era with a brand film featuring superstars from a variety of sports that will continue to build on PUMA's legacy of historic moments. From Neymar Jr. 카지노사이트 and Antoine Griezmann (ideal soccer) to Armond Duplantis (pole vault) and LaMelo Ball (basketball), PUMA's ambassadors capture the spirit of the brand.
"PUMA has always been about bringing speed to life and inspiring everyone to push their limits and go one step further," said Arne Freundt, CEO of PUMA, "and now it's time to showcase all that we've done beyond the field, track and court - wherever sports are played.
Meanwhile, back home, PUMA's spirit has continued to be reflected in the sports world. PUMA Korea sponsors four professional soccer (K League) clubs, the backbone of Korean soccer, three professional volleyball teams, and the Korea Volleyball Association and Korea Handball Association. It is expected that PUMA's continued sponsorship will be especially fruitful in the summer of 2024, when the Paris Olympics will take place. Woo Sang-hyuk (Yongin City Hall) will be aiming to win the first high jump medal in Korean history, while the women's handball team is determined to recreate the myth of 'Woosangsoon'.
"PUMA Korea will continue to bring the spirit and status of the global sports brand to Korea," said Lee Na-young, CEO of PUMA Korea. We will set 2024 as the 'Year of Sports' and use it as a year to rebuild our identity. In particular, we will actively support our athletes to perform well at the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris."
PUMA's sports campaign, which launched simultaneously around the world on October 10, will be seen across a variety of channels, including domestic and international television and social media.
