One dreary and foggy night when everyone was asleep, the Raven arrives for his daily visits. Not letting his presence to be known, he quietly flew through the streets and alleys of Victorian London looking for his lost love. Every night he came to London to look for her and had failed to find her. The Raven flew into a dark alley and transformed himself into his human form, hoping that she could spot him. He knew that his lost love was always awake at this hour, but she never knew that he was truly a Raven. As he walked around and checked every person that walked passed him, his hopes were fading. With no success, he walked back into the dark alley and transformed back into the Raven.
He had flown to the spot by the lake where he had met her and thought about the wonderful times they had together. He would perch himself on top of the lamp post and kept looking towards the lake as the memories ran through his mind. The poor man was terrifed to tell her the truth about who he really was. The day he had found out that his love had found someone else, he had flown away and never returned until tonight. Though deep down he knew that she was still in London and he had to see her. The past few months he would keep flying past London trying to make himself go there. As the Raven had flown through London, he did figured that she wouldn't want to see him again but he had try. The Raven had left the lamp post and continued his search for her.
Minutes had turned to hours and the Raven was giving up on hope. After while, the Raven took a break by landing on top of the another lamp post and noticed someone very familiar. A young woman with blonde, curly hair with a red rose tucked into it above her ear. He knew that it had to be her, but why was she outside of her home at this time of night? He knew that she would be up late, but not this late. That didn't seem to bother the Raven since he had found her at last. Once he had seen her, he took flight and went towards her. By the time he had landed on a barrel close to her, he had cawed and kept looking at her. She had looked like her heart was broken and a part of him felt that way as well.
The Raven had kept cawing at her, but she kept looking at him like something had caught her eye. Something that she remembered from a certain person, but kept looking at him. After a good few minutes, she finally had noticed something that made her remember of a memory. She looked closely to the eyes of the Raven and had noticed that his eyes were bright blue instead of brown. Then she had seen a small tear falling from his eye and she asked, "Antony? Is that you?"
When no else was in sight, the Raven transformed into the man and Antony appeared right in front her. At first, she was a bit terrified about what she had just seen but Antony assured that he didn't ask for this to happen. The young woman had taken his word and he had explained everything to her. Ever since he was just a little kid, a man had cursed him ro turn into a Raven every night for the rest of his life. The young woman was calm about this and had believed every word he had said. "I want to be with you, Antony. I had missed you. Please, I want to be like you," she had told him. "I've realized that you are the only one for me. Let me be with you forever."
Tears were rolling down his face along with a huge grin. So, Antony had taken Mira to the man who had cursed and it happened. As much as the man didn't want to do it, he did it anyways to keep the young man happy. Ever since then, Mira was forced to turn into a Raven every night just like her one true love. So every night Mira and Antony flew through the night sky and would always spend every night at the lake where they had first met and they had never stopped.
