In this..i am gonna talk about PAST,PRESENT and FUTURE....these are some important terms in life.SO whats gone is your PAST...that's easy to understand..if you wish to remember it you can...that is totally up to you..you cant forget something if someone tells you to..because that only reminds you about the thing..so just be in PRESENT that's the best way to forget your PAST.
Whats gone is gone...we have no control over it..but we have total control on our FUTURE...Well future is the thing that excites you the most....in fact you get excited when you want to know the FUTURE...like watching a cricket or football/soccer match,each and every time we want to know that whats going to come next...and a lots of people want to know about whats going to happen to their career,their married life and etc etc...they start to believe on stupid predictions and if the prediction has a negative answer..they start to act in a way that will make the prediction come true...but they will never try to improve themselves....and that's again human nature...but this problem can be solved....JUST LIVE IN PRESENT AND BE A OPTIMIST,that is all you need to improve your future....you need to live in present not in future and for that you also need to be an OPTIMIST.
For example-you are a football/soccer player...you only need 1 goal to win but you only have 45 sec....All your supporters have lost hopes...even your team players and for them your team will loose....but you still play without a care in the world and...GOAL...you win...in this example you are the optimist and others are pessimist...but what would have happened if you were a pessimist...YOU LOSE
So just think positive and don't give up...Also don't think about the future..because it will only give good results if you be in PRESENT an DO EFFORTS FOR A BETTER FUTURE.
