Serendipity on a 31st Night

Remember the photo where you were leaning over the balcony?

As the sleeves of your white tee slip over your shoulders in the dark folds of the night,

the radiant glow in your eyes is making the universe around me to see you, and only you.

Do you even know how angelic you appeared that night?

You looked so beautiful, just like the moon among millions of stars.

My heart skipped as you noticed me watching you.

Far away from you and keeping my thoughts to myself I keep saying,

“Don’t you dare to look at me like that, for all I have to give is only the broken memories I hold on to”.

Your impeccable smile is making me blush in the night behold

As you come closer there is sleet inside my bones and

my heart as cold as winter which you never wish to go through

You are next to me, as I feel the warmth of your breathing with your eyes gleaming

could there be anything more enchanting at that moment? I find it hard to believe and

your continuous gaze is making my soul dance to the sound waves of my steamy blood.

As you place your open lips on mine and gently shut them my body trembles to the fact that

how could you even know that is exactly the burning desire hidden in my ice coned heart.

Can the sound of your passionate kiss be more majestic? I don’t wish to know,

but my mind escalates to imagine how it would be when moon kisses the ocean.

I just want to end my every night in the devour of your sweetness, and

while you dance your fingers on my skin it envisages the fiat of my every nerve
