SHINE

The innumerable times, that you look back to those days when you were in love; happy, flying high only to be cheated; broken and pulled down to face the ugly reality... Do you really need to do that to yourself...

It has been quite a while now, it has been long over, and you know it is for the better,so why look back every minute. Yes, you might now say that those were the best memories of your life so far, but dear... do you not see that those have also been the worst. The nightmares you had had to fight in order to get some sleep on those chilly nights, have you forgotten those? Am sure, you cannot even if try to.

Then what holds you back? Memories? Memories can never hold you back... it is only you who has closed yourself in that wardrobe of memories. You fail to see, that only if you step out of that clutter of old memories you will be able to make new ones.

Let me tell you today, that you do not need to remind yourself of that past, you need to move on. Move onto new things, to a new place, to new friends, to new targets... Welcome newness... Soon you will see the changes, positivity is what you need now.  Do not look at greys and blacks, search for the reds and the yellows...

Get up, dust yourself and start afresh... you deserve much better. Stop playing the victim, take the wheel in your hands and ride through the dark and you will surely see the sun on the way. This is just a push but you have to walk the way, maybe not alone, there are many of us. Remember, if you start walking today maybe we might get the courage to at least sit up straight.

And once you start out, there will be more and more reasons to make new memories... yes there will be times when the old will come back in your mind but by that time you will have enough newness. Enough positive thoughts to push those old ones aside. Soon you will find those pair of wings of yours, which was once bruised. Wear them, fly... and they will SHINE....
