THE SIMPLE FORMULA OF HAPPINESS

Happiness ,it is a very common word.But this feeling has an important role to play in this society.

The formula of happiness is very simple,

                HAPPINESS = ENJOYING EACH AND EVERY MOMENT ALIVE. 

There are different ways existing in our society to find happiness.

To some,criticising others bring happiness.

Seeing others struggle brings happiness to some others.

Gossiping  is another way to happiness.

But these are rather complex ways.

There are some simple ways,

1) A cup of black tea during late night studies is happiness.

2) A flask full of hot water and containers full of coffee powder and milk powder gives us immense happiness especially during hostel days.

3) The smell of once in a month 'Biriyani' at 7 pm (dinner time) at hostel gives a feeling which is beyond happiness.

4)Looking at your photos and admiring yourself is happiness.

5)Praying and waiting for your prayers to be answered is happiness.

6) Baking a new flavour cake is happiness.

7) Hang out at a new restaurant and trying new cuisine is the best way to happiness for a foodie.

8)Reading autographs by dear ones is happiness.

9) Spending time with family is happiness.

10)Eating a organic meal is happiness.

11) And last but not least,guests visiting us give us happiness because they might carry lots of sweets and chocolates.

These are simple but the most 'expensive' ways to happiness in today's world.

You can opt either the complex way which is cheap or the simple way which is expensive for your happiness.The latter gives you happiness and also make others happy.Thus it is the best way to be happy.
