Intangible things

What gets affected by death and destruction, can also be intangible at times. You cannot see it, you cannot talk to it,you can only fell it.

There isn't always an ear to pour words of consolation into. Not always a body to mourn over.and although these losses are dreadful, what happens to the loss of intangible things?

The heart,the mind?

Anatomy gives you a structure, but anatomy cannot tell you how the heart feels.or what the mind thinks, the loss of such intangible things. How can you mourn a dead heart, which pumps blood devoid of feelings that are long gone? How can you mourn a barren mind, that functions, but doesn't think anything anymore?

To mourn the death of the living, we know.

But how do you mourn the death,in the living?

Most of us live, and we are aware of our breathing,walking,talking,eating....behaving like the living thing is supposed to.But some of us living, have been long but dead inside.

Some of us visit the graveyard of our hearts, like aimless spirits.

Some of us walk the wasteland of our minds, like a lost nomad.

We have no feelings, but we exist.

And we are all trying to mourn.
