A List of Term Paper Topic Ideas on Economics
A Comparative Analysis of the British and American Legal and Business Environments.
This study will probe further into the US-Britain relationship in an effort to find similarities and differences between US and UK business and legal practices. For the most part, it will be assumed that the reader is well attuned to the situation in the US so that a more detailed analysis can be made of the situation in the UK. In the final analysis it will be clear that there are great similarities between the two countries, yet, there are differences that may be important for some businesses, industries, and individuals. Given the recent strength and long term economic potential of both countries, a growing number of business and investment opportunities exist. Using such study to write my paper will close with a highlight of the most promising trends.
A Comparison of the Japanese and American Economies.
This discussion will compare and contrast the economies of the United Sates and Japan with an emphasis on the last two categories. The nature and development of the Japanese economy, primarily since World War II, will be outlined and compared and contrasted with American economic development during the same period.
A Cost-Benefit Analysis of Minimum Wages.
This study will look at minimum wages through a cost-benefit perspective. It makes no aims at solving the minimum wage debate, but does hope to provide the reader with a firm footing on the subject whereby s/he will be able to draw their own reasoned opinions and conclusions. For all readers, the unavoidable impression is that minimum wages, along with all price floors, interfere with the operation of market forces. In the case of genuine social problems, this is sometimes a good thing, when the benefits of intervention actually exceed the associated costs. With minimum wages, however, the results do seem to be at odds with the desired outcome. The evidence seems to suggest that minimum wages tend, on the whole, to increase unemployment in the low-skilled labour market; generally the very area that minimum wages seek to ameliorate. So, while the jury is still out on the effects of the minimum wage, it seems fair to say that regions that employ minimum wages should at the very least adopt a more cautious position on their use.
A Critical Assessment of Post Industrial Society Through the Theories of Daniel Bell
This paper according to pay for research paper writing service will critically analyze the theories of Daniel Bell, showing how economics tend to become capitalistic through service labor, and technology- based jobs. By understanding the basis for these theorums, we can approve of the almost prophetic sense of economic perceptive that is emulated by Bell's reasoning. This is how we can pursue Bell's societal theories, and excellent sociological understanding of American society.

A Search-Theoretical Approach to Monetary Economics
This paper discusses a research project called "A Search-Theoretical Approach to Monetary Economics" by Nobuhiro Kiyotaki and Randall Wright, in which they consider the essential function of money, which they define as a medium of exchange. They then set out to formalize this idea by using a search-theoretic equilibrium model of the exchange process.
