4. The sole representative needs to provide the Certificate of Registration for the branch office in the UK. In case, the representative is managing a wholly-owned subsidiary in the UK, then the Certification of Incorporation needs to be submitted.

5. In the case of a wholly-owned subsidiary, the sole representative needs to submit a letter from the accountant, or, the share register substantiating that all the shares are held by the parent organisation.

6. The sole representative needs to demonstrate the amount of business generated by him/her in the UK on behalf of the employer. The same needs to be substantiated by providing the details of business invoices, company accounts, and Organisations' letters.

7. The sole representative needs to submit the salary slips with all detailed break-ups mentioned for the last 12 months.

8. The sole representative must establish that he/she can take care of his/her accommodation including family without spending public funds.

DONT’s as a sole representative visa holder in the UK

1. The sole representative is not allowed to take any other kind of employment or, a job for another employer.

2. The sole representative cannot be a part-time employee of the branch in the UK.

3. The sole representative is not allowed to bring one more sole representative as Secretary or, P.A to the UK branch.

4. The sole representative's sole purpose should not be overseas education.

5. The sole representative cannot hold the major portion of shares of the parent overseas company.

Minimum salary requirement for sole representative visa UK application

Though there is no specific minimum salary requirement that needs to be met for a sole representative visa UK application, however, the organisation must pay sufficient salary to the applicant to make sure he/she can support himself/herself including family while working as a sole representative in the UK. The company's pay structure for the applicant must reflect his/her level of experience, knowledge, and skills. Sole representatives are not eligible to use any public funds in the UK.

3. A child who is a minor
