They always say that time, heals everything. That it is almost vanished and gone, You don't just get that, Because when you were hurt, You were in denial. You put a huge bandadge on your heart, Refused to let someone know how damaged it was, Not even you. So you still have a salted wound, not exposed to the world, covered with a bandage.
You have been always the girl who always laughs, puts a huge fat smile on her face, both of her eyes closes, from how she looks happy, when from the inside, You were totally damaged. insecurities were killing you, but your Pride and Ego helped you alot when you were about to cry infront of anyone. Ego served you to be silent until you are alone and brust. Only you knows that sound of agony and trapped tears.
You remember it when you used to wakeup, it is 3am, you start crunshing at your bed and crying from the pain your heart feels, but you wash your face, wear your most lovely outfit, and work your hardest in the morning.
You remember it, So, You can't see anyone sad or struggling.You want to take their pain away, because you were in that too, but you were silent about it. You want to make each and everyone you see happy, because you believe this is how God will make you heal, will send you happiness again.
The fact is you felt that a long time ago, and put that bandage as if nothing has happened. Makes any aching memory or things that used to hurt you, Hurt you even more when you see any trigger.
The fact that you still have that old soul, that believes in loyalty, that believes in true and real things, that strives for compassion and kindness..It dosen't make you a weak person, it makes you the strongest.
You have no idea of those temporary relationships and friendships, You'd never do it to anyone, You won't fool around or cheat. You won't also drop your friends when you make new ones.
You love with your whole heart, You feel everything so intensely and deeply. You have a locked up heart, Because you believe that warm hearts get hurt and you are afraid to be in pain.
