Daedalus , the greatest Athenian inventor of all time
prisoned in his own invention the Labywrinth with his son ;
he plans of yet another invention , the metal wings for his mighty escape
he doesn't have enough time so he makes it in a haste ;
he uses wax for bonding the feathers and warns his son
you should fly at a medium height otherwise
you will become the prey to the fates ;
just then arrived the cruel king with his guards
but the inventor and his son flew out of the gates ;
as they flew above the sea the son became overjoyed
and payed no heed to his father's warning and went too high;
the heat from the sun melted the wax and down fell Icarus
Daedalus saw his son drown in the sea but he was helpless ;
he remembered his nephew Talos whom he threw from his tower
guilty he was in murder and this was his punishment ;
no matter how mighty a person is , he cannot escape his fate
the fates have haunted even the greatest of the great.........
