It's really very easy to beat yourself up over mistakes you have made in your past. Many of us live in the past and we just forget about a lovely present and how to enjoy it and making a super bright future. I have been stuck up for something I experienced . Sad. A life is a terrible thing to waste. But my dear friend, let me ask you a question : Is there really such a thing as mistake? And first of all , no one tries to mess their own life.
Everyone of us wakes in the morning , walks out into the world and does the best we can do based on what we know, the skills we have and where we are on life's journey. But hey? Every so called mistake is actually a source of learning for each one of us out there. Everything that has happened to you in your life whether it is bad or good was necessary to help you become the person you are right now. My dear friend, if you fear from these so called mistakes then you would never be able to excel in your life. These so called mistakes are growth lessons for each one of us. And hey? We all are humans neither the aliens nor the animals , so we can commit mistakes sometimes but never fear from this word: 'MISTAKE' . Don't carry your mistakes with you . Instead place them under your feet and use them as stepping stones.
