I know right now you are hurting. And it's the kind of hurt that you just can't stop and avoid from feeling.
It almost consumes most of you; every piece and ounce of your being.
The world had been unfair to you many times. And it seems like there's no one out there to help you get through with this and save you from this mess.
It may feel like you are drowning in an ocean made of ice.
Finding it so hard to believe that it wasn’t the waves that knocked you down, and stopped your heart from beating and feeling – but it was the coldness.
The coldness of being lost; far from who you used to be.
Spontaneously unbecoming the old version, you wished you can still be.
It was the coldness of this breathless world that made you numb –
Keeping you away from who you really are, and fracturing every scared bone that you have.
The world may seem an unrhymed poem right now, dear. But I want you to keep on writing.
Choose to fight with your hands held up high, and keep that smile.
The world may take everything way from you, but never let it take you away from you.
Project your sincere smile, and rise that warm heart of yours.
Make the whole world know that it is not a bad thing to be shaken at all.
This is not yet the end.
You have made it this far, and you will continue on tracking down this endless road of this so-called “life”.
Everything may seem unrhymed right now, but it is where the real beauty is found –
This is a reminder as we welcome the new year 2022. Remember that, you can always try again.
