Chapter 1
A Strange Mystery
Once Upon a time, there was a man called “Rick Grimes”. He worked as a police officer. One Day, He went to Arrest some thieves with his friend “Shane Walsh”. They put the spikes and waited for the thieves behind the police cars with another men. When the thieves came by car and saw the police cars, they started to shoot it with pistols, but they trapped in the spikes and turned upside down. Then one of the thieves came out and shoot Rick Grimes. Fortunately, he was wearing a shield on his chest. He pretended to be injured in order to make the thieves don’t shoot him again. Then Shane shoot the thief. The police men, Shane believed that Rick was injured. They ran to him and said “Are you okay, Rick?” He Said “Yes” and all of them forgot that there was another thief in the car. After few seconds, the other thief came out and shoot Rick Again But this shoot was in his nick. He fell down and couldn’t breathe. The police men killed the thief then rick closed his eyes. When he wake up he realized that he was in the hospital. He called the nurse but there was no answer. He Shouted “Hello, Is there is anyone? … Again there was no answer. He Stood up and went to get out of the hospital room. He opened the door and there was bed behind it. “It seems that someone blocked this room” He said. When he got out of the room, he saw blood everywhere. He was walking hardly in the hospital and was so afraid of what he is seeing. After few seconds he saw a tightly closed door written on it with blood “Warning! Don’t open”.
Suddenly, he saw a hand getting out from a small gap and trying to open the door, the hand had a strange look.
He was so afraid. He ran and tried to find an exit but he didn’t find a one so he got out from hospital from the fire exit. When he got out he found dead bodies everywhere, on the street, in front of the hospital and on the cars. There was no one in the street, the city was very, very calm. He saw a bike in the park. He took it and rode it before he go, he heard a strange voice. He realized that the sound coming from next to him … he saw a half body is moving by his hand towards him. He was so scared. He quickly rode the Bike to his house.
When he entered the house, there was no one inside it. He searched for his son “Carl” and his wife “Lori” but he couldn’t find them, food and water was disappeared. The clothes and items was disappeared. He sat down on a chair and cried “What is happening ... Oh god please help me”. He got out from his house and sat down on the stairs of the house crying. Then he saw a man coming towards him slowly but he couldn’t see him clearly. Rick looked at him in interesting. Suddenly someone came from behind him and Hit him with a shovel on his head. Rick fell down and saw a young boy carrying a shovel then he said in faint voice “Carl, I … I’ve found you” then another man came and shoot the man who was coming towards rick with a pistol in his head. Then the young boy Shouted “Dad I found a one, I will take care of him.” The man came and said “Did he say something? I think I’ve heard him saying something.” The boy said “I think he called me Carl.” The man said “Son, You know that they don’t talk, hey sir, Why is this bandage?” Rick said “What?” The man said “What type of wound is this?” Rick didn’t answer. The man shouted “Answer me! What is your wound!” Rick didn’t answer again. The man said “Tell me or I will kill you!”
Then Rick fainted.
When he wake up, he found himself in a house. His hand was tied into a bed and he was sleeping on it. He found the young boy carrying a stick and looking at him. On the other side he saw the man doing something. The man said “I’ve changed for you the bandage, it was so old. What was the wound?” Rick said “Shooting”. The man said “Shooting? What else? Any other thing?” Rick said “Shooting is not an enough thing?” The man said “Listen, I ask questions and you answer, have you been bitten?” Rick said Wondering “Have I been bitten?”
The man said “Biting? Chewing? Maybe scratch? any such thing?”. Rick said “no, Just a shot, Shooting, as I remember.” The man got a knife and said “Take a moment and look how much this is sharp, if you tried anything, I will kill you with it and don’t think that I won’t.” Then the man cut the Rope which tied rick’s hand’s to the bed. Then he said “Come on when you able.” Then he left the room with his son. Rick wake up and washed his face Then he went to open the light. The man said “Don’t do that, they will see the light … I was so stupid to use a pistol today, the sound attracted them ... it happened so fast ... I didn’t think” Rick said “You shot this man today”
The man said “Man?” Then the boy said “he wasn’t a man!” The man said “What is this stupid sentence the he said!” The boy said again “it wasn’t a man.” Rick said “you shot him in this street outside, he was a man.” The man said “For him, you need glasses, he was a Walker”
The man said “Come on, Eat with us, sit down before you fall down.” Rick sat down. The man said “Here you are, Eat the dinner” The man said “Sir, do you know what is happening from the start?” Rick said “I wake up in a hospital, then I came here, this is all I remember” The man said “But you know about the dead people, don’t you?” Rick said “Yes, I saw too much of Dead outside the Hospital, on ground and in truck’s” The man said “No, not who have been killed, But who have not been killed ... The (Walkers) … As who I shoot him today, Because he Would try to eat you or take some parts of your body at least, but if you listen to this to the first time, so I know how this happened.” Rick said “is they outside now? In there street?” The man said “yes, They have more Activity after sunset, maybe because the cold air or ... because I shot one of them today, but we would be more fine if we stayed calm, maybe they will go farther in morning, Okay, Listen, There is one thing I know. Don’t allow them to bite you! We’ve saw your bandage and because of that we was afraid of you, Bites kill you, the fever increase your temperature but after a while, you come back.”
The Boy said “We saw this happening before.” After they ate, they went to rest on the bed. The man said “Carl ... is he your son? William said to me his name today.” Rick said “He is younger than your son” The man said “and he is with his mom?” Rick said “I wish that.”
William said “Dad?”
His father said “Yes?” William said “Did you ask him?”
The father laughed and said to Rick “We have a Bet, my son says that you is a bank robber” Suddenly a car from outside made a large Alert sound. The man said “Don’t afraid, maybe someone Crashed into a car” Rick Said “Are you sure?” The man said “This happened before, then the sound stopped after that with some minuets.”
They went to see what is happening from a small hole from the window.
The man said “It’s the Blue car, the same car which made the alert the previous time.” They closed all lights and kept a very, very faint light and then the Alert Stopped.
Chapter 2
Group of Survivors
In the morning, Rick left the house taking with him a knife. He went to his house to dress up, he wore the police clothes. He took a gun and left the house walking in the street, he doesn’t know where he is going. In his way he saw a place where one horse was living. He rode it heading to the city. When he went to the city he saw a lot of walkers. He didn’t think in shooting them because if he shoot them, the sound will bring more walkers. He was surrounded by walkers from everywhere then he saw a tank near him. He said in his mind for the horse “I’m sorry.” And went to the tank and entered it leaving the horse for the walkers and falling the bag. Some walkers surrounded the tank, and some started to eat the horse. When he entered the tank he saw a soldier dead in it. Suddenly he heard someone talking in the radio of the tank saying “Hey you, Are you alive?” Rick went quickly and said “Hello, Hello”
The stranger said “Oh, Here you are.” Rick said “Where are you?” The stranger said “I’m outside.” Rick said “Can you see me now?” The stranger said “Yes, I can see you, you is surrounded by walkers and this is the bad news” Rick said “Is there is any good news?” The stranger said “No.” Rick said “Listen whoever are you, I don’t mind telling you that I’m worried here now.” The stranger said “Oh man, you should see the view from over here, you will be scared.” Rick said “Do you have any advice for me?” The stranger said “My advice for you is to run away.” Rick Stopped talking for some seconds then he said “This is all? Run away?” The stranger said “My advice isn’t stupid as you see it, there is who watching the place for you. There is only one dead on the tank, and the rest of them joined the party of eating the horse, Are you with me now?” Rick said “Yes.” The stranger said “Ok, The Street from the other side for the tank is less crowded by the walkers. If you moved now while they are Busy, maybe you have a chance, do you have ammo?” Rick said “In this wooly bag that fell down from me there and some guns, can I reach it?” The stranger said “Forget the bag, bringing it isn’t available. What do you have from the guns now?” Rick said “Wait” searching for anything inside the tank. He found a grenade, a pistol and some ammo. Rick said to the stranger “I have one gun with 15 bullet” The stranger said “Make every bullet affect them, jump from the right side and continue walking in the same direction. There is an alley off you by 50 yards, come there.” Rick said “Hey, What is your name?” The stranger said “Did you hear me? Time is running out!” Rick said “Oka y” and took a shovel from the tank in one hand and carried the gun in the other hand. He took a large breath and went out of the tank. After he went out he saw a lot of Walkers coming towards him. He started to shoot them with the pistol running towards the right direction. He saw someone and was about to shoot him. The stranger said “I’m not a walker, follow me.” Rick followed him to ladder and they started to climb it. They climbed it and reached to a ground. Rick said “I’m Rick, Thanks.” The stranger said “I’m Glenn, You welcome.” They looked under them and saw the walkers started to climb to them. Then they looked at the top and saw it’s too high to climb to the top of the building. Glenn said “The good thing is falling from the top is what will kill us, I’m from the optimistic people.” And started to climb again. After they went to the top, Rick said “Are you who closed the alley? Glenn said “I think someone did that when the town has been overrun by zombies.” Rick said “In the tank, why did you help me?” Glenn said “I think you will do the same for me.” Glenn went to a place and rick behind him. Glenn said “I’m back with a survivor and 4 walkers in the alley” but when he arrived he found 2 walkers and no one there. Suddenly 2 people came out wearing armor and Holding a baseball stick and started in hitting the walkers. Glenn said to rick “come on, let’s go” and they entered a clothes shop followed by the 2 people. When rick entered the shop, he found a lot of people there. A woman from them held a pistol and put it on rick’s head and said “Are you Crazy!? We all will be dead cause of you!” The rest of them said “Andrea, Get the gun away!” She cried and dropped down the pistol and said “We will be all dead cause of this stupid.” Rick said “I don’t understand.” Then someone of the people said to rick follow me and said to him “we came to the city searching for the supplies, Do you know what is the secret of searching? It’s surviving, do you know what is the secret of surviving? It’s lightly sneaking inside and outside and walking on the fingertips, and not shooting in the street as you in a shooting battle.’’ One of the people said “all the walkers off us by miles heard you shooting.” And other one said “it’s as you rang the bell of the dinner.” And other one said “Do you understand now?”
They all saw a lot of walkers hitting the shop glass trying to get in to them and the glass is about to break down. A woman said to rick “What was you doing outside anyway?” Rick said “Trying to wave to a helicopter.” Then a man said “Helicopter? There is no helicopter there” and a one said “you was chasing an imagination, Believe me, that’s happen to all of us.” Rick said “Believe me, I saw it.”
Suddenly they heard someone shooting the walkers from the roof with a sniper. Someone said “oh no, is that is Dixon, What is he doing that stupid” They ran to him and one of them said “hey Dixon, Are you crazy?” Dixon said “All of you must be more polite with the person who carries a gun.” And walked to them. One of them said “oh man, you is wasting the bullets, and bringing more of them to us.” Dixon said “The matter is bad enough for taking easy with that Mexican guy all the day, and now I have to take commands from you? , I don’t think so, this will not happen.” Then one of the people said “Hey T-Dog, Forget it” T-Dog said “No!” Then one of people said “Do you understand? The matter doesn’t need all this.” Dixon said “Do you know when I will take commands from you?” T-Dog said “Yes ...” Dixon said “It’s the day when I take commands from a stupid man” and they started to attack each other. He attacked every one tried to prevent him and fell him down. At last, Dixon fell down T-Dog to the ground and put a pistol on his head. The group of survivors didn’t want him to kill him. They said “Dixon please don’t do this. Don’t kill him please!” He didn’t kill him because the sound of shooting will bring more walkers. Dixon said “Okay, we will make a simple conversation between us, hah, and speak about who will lead us. I vote for me. Anybody else? Hah? It’s Democracy time. Raise your hands all. Hah? All of you accept me? Come on, let’s see you hand’s.” All of them were afraid of him so they raised there hand’s. He said “This means that’s I’m the leader, Right? Anybody else?” Then rick came from behind him and said “yea.” When Dixon looked behind him, Rick hit him with a shotgun. Dixon fell down to ground. Rick tied him with cuffs to a pipe on the roof. Dixon said “Who are you!?” Rick said “A friendly policeman.” Rick got a pistol and put it on Dixon head and said “look Dixon, things are different now. There is no one stupid from now. Only dark meat and white meat. There are us and they. We will survive by helping each other, and not by attacking each other. Dixon said “Shut up, Stupid man.” Rick said “I see you don’t care by what is happening.” Dixon said “Really? Then you is a stupid man two times.” Rick got a pistol and put it on Dixon’s head and said “You have to be polite with the man who carries the gun.” Dixon said “You will not do this, you are a cop” Rick said “The thing that’s who I am, is a man looking for his wife and his son, and if anyone tried to prevent him, he will be a loser, I will give you a moment to think about that.” Then Rick looked for anything with him. He found some drugs. Dixon said “Okay, What will you do? Arrest me? He laughed.” Rick dropped the drugs from the roof to the street. Dixon said “Hey! What are you doing! This was my things. If I went free so you have to pray for yourself!”
They thought in a way for escaping from the alley. One of them said “We can escape by sewage pipes.” Glenn said “Follow me.” He went with them to a sewage pipes top and said “Here is a sewage pipe, it’s the only thing in the building that go to down. But I’ve never climb it down.” They all looked to Glenn. Glenn understood and said “Oh, great.” One of them said “We will be directly behind you.” Rick said “No. not you.”
Glenn said “And why not me? Do you think that I can’t?
Listen, Till now I was here going in and out taking thing with no problem. If you want me to climb down this pipe, I have no problem but we have to do it on my way. It’s very narrow down, if anything happened and I had to escape, I don’t want you to be behind me and cause death to me. I need only one person.” And before rick say I will come with you, Glenn said “And not you, Rick. You have Dixon’s gun and I will have a better feeling if you stayed in the shop watching the gates and protecting us.” And said to another one “and you too have a gun. Stay with Rick” and said to another one “you will help me. Jacky, stay here and if anything happened you have to scream and we will come quickly.” T-dog said “What about Dixon?” Rick gave him the key of the cuffs. Glenn started to climb down with the person who will help him. They walked in the pipe. Glenn said “It’s too dirty” and found a lot of mice there. Rick and the rest of the group went to the shop to protect it. They found a lot of walkers trying to get in by they couldn’t. On the roof, there was Dixon and the Mexican one. The Mexican one was speaking in radio and saying “Hello, Is anyone hearing me?” But no one answered. In the pipe there was Glenn and his helper searching for an exit but they didn’t find a one. They climbed up again to the rest of the group and all of them went to the roof. Rick looked from the roof by a speculum. He saw a large truck. He said “Building areas and these trucks, always they keep keys there.” One of the group looked down and saw a lot of walkers and said “We will never exceed them” Rick said “You have saved my life when I was in the tank” Glenn said “yes, but they was busy in eating the horse. They didn’t see you.” Rick said “can we make them busy again? Sounds attract them, right?” Glenn said “yes, as dogs, they listen the sound so they go to the sound source place.” Rick said “What else?” Glenn said “Next to hearing you? They see you, smell you and if they caught you, they will eat you.” Rick said “Can they know us by smelling us?” Glenn said “Can’t you?” One of the group said “They smell like dead, and we are completely different.” Rick thought for a plan then all of the group wore gloves and shield. They went out and dragged a body of a dead walker in. They got an axe and started to cut his body and get out blood of him and his body parts. They took blood from him and put it on their shield and after a while, their smell was like a walker. Rick and Glenn took an axe and went out. They walked out and the walkers didn’t recognize them as normal humans. Glenn said with faint sound “The plan had worked.” Rick said “don’t attract attention to us!”
They kept walking for a large distance. T-dog spoke in the radio and said “Hello, Main base? Can anyone hear me? Main base, this is T-dog can anyone hear me?” In another place, there was a lot of survivors. One of them said in radio “Hello? Hello? The reception is very bad here.” T-dog said “Shane, is that you? We are in a very big problem. We are surrounded by walkers in the big store. We are surrounded by hundreds of walkers.” Then the reception cut down. One of the survivors was Lori, the wife of rick. She said “He said the big store, Shane?” Shane said “No way! We can’t go to them, we can’t expose the rest of group’s life to danger. All of you know this” One of them said surprised “So we will leave them there only?!” Shane said “Listen Amy, it’s not easy, and if they have been surrounded, so their lives have ended. There is nothing that we can do.” Amy said “she is my sister, stupid!” After few seconds, it started to rain… Glenn said worriedly “Smell disappear with the rain, isn’t it? Does it disappear or no?” Rick said “No, it doesn’t disappear.” Then a walker looked to rick. Rick said “Well, maybe.” Then another walker tried to attack rick. Rick killed him with axe and shouted “Run.” They started to run and a lot of walkers behind them. They climbed a gate and then they took off the shield. Rick got out his pistol and started to shot them. Glenn found a large truck and it’s key. He gave it to rick and quickly rode it escaping. Rick said to Glenn “Tell your friends to arrive to the exit and be ready.” Glenn said “and how I will make the walkers busy? I’ve forgot this part.” Rick said “By noise.” Rick went out of the truck and broke a car’s glass. It made a large alert noise and then Glenn rode it attracting the walkers by the noise. He said for his friends in radio “these gates of the building that is opposite to the street, wait for us there and be ready.” All of them set up their bags and went to the gates. Dixon said “where are you going! Don’t leave me here please!” T-dog wanted to free him. He went bag to him and got out the key from his sac and went to free him. He fell down and the key fell down from him into a pipe. T-Dog said “I’m sorry” and left quickly without making Dixon free but he locked the door to prevent walkers to get in. Dixon was shouting and crying and saying “please don’t leave me here” but they left him. Glenn made a large noise to attract the walkers. They started to walk behind him. Rick arrived with the large truck and knocked on the door. They all opened the door and put their bags in. They entered the truck quickly and Rick started to drive to the main base with instructions from the group. Glenn drove too to the main base.
Chapter 3
Rick’s family
In the main base, they heard a sound coming towards them. They all ran to the leader and said “can you determine the source of this sound?” he looked through a speculum and said “not yet.” After few seconds, he saw a red car coming towards them but he didn’t know that he was Glenn. Amy said “Is that’s them? Are they back?” the leader said “oh my god.” Amy said “what’s the matter?” the leader said “I think it’s a stolen car.” They waited until the car arrived to them. When it arrived to them, they all ran to it. Glenn went out of the car then the leader said “turn off this alert!” Glenn said “I don’t know how.” Shane said “lift the lid!” Amy said “My sister Andrea, is she okay?” Shane said “Lift the stupid lid!” Glenn said “okay, okay.” He entered the car and lift the lid and Amy said “Is she okay? Is she fine?” Shane stopped the alert. Amy said “will she come back?” Glenn said “yes, yes she is fine.” Amy said “Why she isn’t with you? Where is she? Is she okay?” Glenn said “Yes, yes… All is fine. Unlike Dixon.” The leader said “are you crazy to drive this annoying car to here? Are you trying to attract every walker to us?” Then they found the truck coming towards them and stopped behind the red car. One of the group that was with rick said “come and meet everyone.” Then he went out of the car. He went to his wife and his son and daughter and walked with them. Andrea walked with Amy. Shane said “How did you escape from there anyway?” Glenn said “a new man, he helped us.” Shane said “new man?” Glenn said “yea, a crazy man.” One of them said “Helicopter man, come and say hello.” Rick went out of the truck. He saw his wife “Lori” and his son “Carl”. He said “Oh my god” and ran towards them. They all went to rest. In the morning, Rick wake up and said to all good morning. Shane came with a jeep car and said “the water have arrived. Only remember to boil it before using.” Suddenly Carl screamed and said “Dad, Mum help me!” they all ran to the forest carrying some weapons. The found him and took him the main base. They found a walker eating a dear. They surrounded him and started to attack him then they cut his head. The leader said “it’s the first walker that we find him here.” One of them said “okay, the reason is the food have been finished from the city.” They heard someone coming towards them. They got ready for attacking any walker. Then they saw one of the group coming towards them. He said “oh my god. This stupid walker has ate the dear that I hunted. Look at this dear have been bitten by this stupid walker! I was chasing this dear for miles to bring it to the camp and eat some of it’s meat! Can we cut this part of this dear and eat it?” Shane said “we will not risk with this.” The man said “I have some of squirrels. About twelve one.” The leader said “that’s enough.” They found the head of the walker was moving. The man said “What’s the matter with you people, you have to attack him in his brain.” They all went back to the main base. The man said “Dixon, come here Dixon. We brought some of squirrels to us. Come to cook it with me.” Shane said “Daryl, slow down. I want to speak with you.” Daryl said “about what?” Shane said “About Dixon. A problem happened in Atlanta.” Daryl said “Did he die?” Shane said “we aren’t sure of that.” Daryl said “Either Alive or dead!” Rick said “there is no easy way to say that but I will say this.” Daryl said “And who are you?” Rick said “I’m Rick Grimes” Daryl said “Do you have something to say, Rick Grimes?” Rick said “Your brother was a source of danger to us. So I tied him with cuffs on the roof and left him there.” Daryl said “Stop, make me think in this. Are you saying that you tied my brother on the roof and left him there?” Rick said “Yes.” Daryl held a knife and tried to attack Rick. They all stopped him. Rick said “I want to speak with you about this. Can we?” Daryl said “yes.” Rick said “I didn’t do this by wrong. Your brother doesn’t deal with others good.” T-dog said “it wasn’t rick’s mistake. I had the key and I dropped it. Daryl said “and why didn’t you pick it again?” T-dog said “Okay, I dropped it in a drain. Look I’ve locked the door so walkers can’t get in.” Daryl said “Only say to me where he is so I can go to him and save him” they took a gun and agreed to help him. Daryl, Rick and T-Dog went to the shop and went to the roof. They found Dixon cut his hand and escaped. Daryl said “oh my god! I’ve lost my brother!” and he cried.
