How many years since waves met the shore
Longing to cover the roughness of the sand
With short amount of time they had interact
Persistently closing in for another moment
How many years since waves left the shore
Drawn to other side and never came back
Had a barrier built between waves and shore
Something forbidden and cannot be climbed
Waves came back slowly little by little
Touching the shore lightly and gently
Waves and shore met again for a moment
But do waves and shore wanted it? No
Waves never asked to come back
As how shore never waited for waves
Shaking from a distance far away
Created an opportunity to push waves back
Was it the wave longing for the shore?
Or was it the shore waiting for the waves?
No neither of them long nor waited
They were to meet eventually anyway
But when waves touched the shore again
Waves wished to make that moment long
Long enough to never end and part
Raging waves became calm and still
However coming back bring destruction
Gentle waves turned into tsunamis
Destroying the peace shore once had
And so waves leave again once more
Waves won't come back the same anymore
Committing a crime by climbing the barrier
Waves were never meant to stay on the shore
Their fate was only to meet for a moment
one of the saddest and loneliest feeling in the world is not being needed by anyone
31there's a time when we and our childhood friends played together for the last time & nobody knew it.
