Some surprise and then something afterwards
A belt of joy just suddenly came out
Then I said it back without any doubt
I honestly thought you didn't feel the same
I honestly thought to you it was a game
But I am so glad that I was wrong
You confessed whilst we danced to our song
You did not say it once not twice but three
You caught me off guard I must agree
But as soon as I came to my senses
The look in your eyes I began to notice
What you said was purely the truth
I liked you ever since our youth
