Life a we know it, is an extension of our deepest desires.
I believe in one's true self. But not the way you'd expect me to.
I believe that if you look deep inside yourself; not your heart, not your mind; but the coexistence of them both. You may find that they're always at a fight with each other. But there are points in your consciousness which coincide with your subconscious being.
The only reason meditation works so seamlessly everytime is that, it basically us tapping into the subconsciousness consciously.
That is why I believe we are peace after practicing meditation. Because for those few minutes, you are not at war with yourself, but infact your subconscious and your conscious is one.
And that is why meditation is so hard.
But the fact is, I don't really think we all know who we are. Most of us don't.
We simply waff through life.
And every moment deep down, we all feel empty.
We are all looking for peace. We are all deep down, desperate for a bit closure.
Maybe it's all absurd to you. Maybe not. But I honestly think it's worth a thought.
So I really want to ask you guys; do you know who you are?
