You Are A Survivor

It's not a disease.

It's sad that people treat you differently. Thinking that there is something wrong with you. But there isn't at all.

You are like those people. Beautiful and strong. Happy and energetic. Sad and lonely.

But when it catches you. Your world almost stumbles down. You're on your weakest point. And there's no one to catch you but yourself.

People think about ending their life but for me it wasn't a choice.

I just avoided everyone. Knowing that they can't understand it and can't help me at all.

"Mental health refers to your overall psychological well-being. It includes the way you feel about yourself, the quality of your relationships, and your ability to manage your feelings and deal with difficulties."

I have learned that mental health is just as important as physical health.

So don't forget to check up on yourself and other people who is going through something. Be respectful and be mindful. Understand what they are going through.

There are trying times for us. Things we couldn't understand why things happen. But it isn't our fault. There are things we couldn't control. We shouldn't force things. Cause if we force things we might get disappointed when we can't control it. So don't force it. Be patient always.

Always remember that You are Loved. That You are Wanted. That You are Worthy. That You are Capable of things. That You are Important as everyone else.

Don't be afraid of the world changing. Everyday you'll get better. You'll learn how to grow.

"It all begins with you. If you do not care for yourself, you will not be strong enough to take care of anything in life." - Leon Brown

"You are strong for surviving."
