My feelings for you are like stars by day.
With more light they likely fade away.
Like a fiery ember caught up in the rain,
Why, love is so beautiful with this much pain.
Your eyes are brighter than the full moon.
So I really wish to have them real soon.
Have them look at me for one last time.
How is love so innocent with every crime?
Words resonate when you say my name.
But the words and the echoes aren't same.
I spend plenty of time thinking of you.
But you only use your time studying shades of blue.
Maybe we all are crazy about one thing.
And that one thing will leave us dying.
So I'll just kill you softly inside my head,
Oh, you sure are more lovely when you're dead.
