Carpe diem (ˌkɑːpeɪ ˈdiːɛm,ˈdʌɪɛm/) may mean hundreds of expressions-ideas to us. But, this word literally has history attached to it. The word is a part of a bigger sentence, where the speaker asks to forgo of all the momentarily added sorrows and mournings and says, if not now, then when?
Every day brings something new, something bigger, something better or worse is happening. Luckily the dates are repeating and we are making history with every passing day. Imagine if all the repeating dates brought with them the same events? Imagine the same books would be getting published on the same dates, the same movies would keep getting released.Wouldn’t that be boring?(except birthdays)
