Description
Do you have a poem? A prose so filled with emotion it needs a stage? This is the place for you!
Let your thoughts flow as freely as you may, pen it down and perform it out. Discover new emotions and perspectives through your poetry. The stage is yours and we are all ears. Performance poetry has become a sensation, this is your chance to be a part of it!
Join us in this battle of pens and mics where the greatest slam poet will be decided!

Address: Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, near Govindpuri metro station, Okhla phase 3, New Delhi – 110020.

Two types of registrations:
Through prelims: Contestants will be required to send a written entry. A separate poem will have to be performed on the final day. The finalised contestants will be contacted in the first week of January. Around ten contestants will be shortlisted for the final round.

On the spot registrations: will be open on the day on the event; however, contestants will be separate from the preliminary round qualifiers.

Duration of performance: Five minute time limit.

Rules and regulations:
Performed piece should be original.
It can be a poem or any other literary piece.
Language is restricted to English only.
Can participate solo or in a team of 2.
A five minute time limit for the performance.
For the preliminary round, registration forms will be opened on 21st December and will stay open for at least a week.
On the spot registrations are allowed, however, it will be a separate parallel round.
