The best thing about time, it was and never is definite. An hour in water feels like a minute while few days without motivation feel like years.

Same principle applies to sleep and dreams. You can live ages within minutes yet experience every second of wakeful life if not rested enough.

If it's not common or proven knowledge yet, the definition of sentience should depend on how well a being experiences, understands and utilizes time, a passage of an unknown entity through us.

Skipping the complex thoughts.

It. Is. Completely. Okay.

It is okay because you have now understood time a little better.

It is okay because you realise you can mend and heal from anything if you apply your time right.

It is okay to feel lost for few minutes, hours or days because you can make up for it and FOMO is a mental construct.

It is okay to lose something and dream again.

Everything is just a version of time and events colliding.
