1 . Drink lots of fluids
With all the drinks and coffees the majority of people are dehydrated even at the most awe-inspiring of times, so ensure that you are conscious to drink plenty of fluids during your travels. Water is essential to ensure you get through the business travel experience without stress fatigue, lethargy, or the horrible jet lag that we all have experienced! Water helps with digestion, assists you to lose fat more effectively, and can help reduce the cravings for food you may be experiencing, which is why it makes perfect sense to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
2. Sleep well and get a good night's rest
Inspect your hotel room before accepting it. Check that it's not located near the lifts, bar, or loading areas. I guarantee you that the sound of a delivery truck coming in through your windows at 3 am is not the most pleasant of guests! If you think that the first night of your stay is too loud, just demand to be removed.

3. Eat Sensibly
The first thing to do is avoid biscuits and coffee in the boardroom. Shut off your cell phone or laptop and engage in other activities, such as reading an ebook or listening to your iPod or going for a walk, or exercising at your hotel...
5. Keep in contact with family members and friends
Even in the toughest times, even a quick contact or message from home is the only thing you require to get better. When you talk to your loved ones, you'll be able to relax your mind, let go of work for a bit and engage in conversations that make you laugh or smile.
