A Creed for Love (Poem from Love)

 
With respect, I don’t intend to relief myself of this agony,
The sorrow that begets a suitors soul, as he yearns and longs for his dearest whisper,
Like a gentle breeze as it came ohh so tender,
Never to forsake the love he had pledge,
A covenant he so yield from wrought iron of will,
The bashing hammer and the grindstone that made it principles perplex
And with cold water so thus its patience roots up with time. 
  
Though to promise me this,  
With a higher law in mind,  
To exercise just and kindness to a suitors love,
Not to be forsaken for a fallen mistake,
For not with this error shall he commit and he intend,
With Jahs principle he stands,
Not with mere skip of beat of thy heart,
Nor its flashy eyes that is ohh so deceiving.

But to fight for love which he intend
Not to the course of impulsive victory,
That is so easily won,
But by her side he stands
And to commend her to enjoy the journey
Of what might to become.
For love might be there
But its the devotion he lingers and eagerly care.
No matter the case may be
He urges you to take caution or flee,
With your advisers you stand
In his thoughts he is at bound.
For he is not afraid of the truth
And even longs for the wisdom that they might impart.

To feel not saddled by ones will
But let time partake of the miracles birth.
To begot thy love
Is to nurture and to cherish,
Might it not be singular,
For dyadic it must become.

For the joy may not be at hand,
Yet by insight he perceive what is grand.
With admonitions he shall remain,
For Jah’s blessing are far reaching than gain.

But to the extent, that love was never there
Even to the little speck, he still care.
Never the less of wars he wage
Nor battles he had prepared to engage.
On deep shadows of the abyss I shall conceal myself,
Thou it I shall remain silent like a river
Not knowing where the current flows,
Steady it maybe, no one knows
From your amidst I’ll vanish like thin air.
