A Movie Without You

I sit here in my room 

Watching a movie you would've liked

Or at least a movie I would've watched with you

While I question if you even felt something about me

Just like the characters in this movie 

They solve each other's problems 

Completing each other with love like no other 

But instead, I add problems for you 

In your eyes, you see me as a useless and annoying entity

Not having the power to give you the happiness that you deserved 

The most I've done was recommending movies to watch together

Or adding nothing but useless dialogue about us into you 

Just like every movie, our time with each other was short lived

A finished story begging for more as the curtains close

Now the credits ends followed with a hollow reflection

Only allowing me to be here with nothing but the dark screen 

Leaving me alone with my thoughts

Thoughts that keeps telling me that I've lost you.
