Drip, Drop, Droplets began to fall,
The window pane is concealed in mist,
The cold breeze embraced the room,
The porch is now drenched.
Gone are the days of warmth,
Replaced by the wintry feeling of yesterday,
As the cup of coffee grew cold,
A blanket would not suffice anymore.
Everything became lukewarm,
Stagnant, Unchanging, Invariable,
Lost all the sparkles of day and night,
Covered in gloomy pouring clouds.
Instantly froze a room completely overwhelmed in silence,
With the exception of the clock ticking,
The sound of the stirring spoon, and the music
As she sips, there she was.
Alone as the ice-cold rain pours.
God knows I try to feel happy for you Know that I am even if I can't understand I'll take the pain.
