Asking for more

Info

Basically, we wished for more than what we already have. We desire for the things we can't have, and because of the strong wants and longing we almost forgot how to appreciate what are in front of us. We intended to disregard what God blessed us, in an awful results, we tend to feel unsatisfied and sad.

We crave for many things. This dress, this make up, this money, this perfume, and so many these. Most of the time we argues with our parents just to get what we want, ending on disrespecting them. If they didn't buy us those stuffs we typically think that they didn't love us nor care for us, we literally arrived from the idea that it sucks because they are your parents.

Fancying things beyond our reach is sometimes the reason why insecurities occurs, of course if you can see the things you really wish to have is carried by someone else, you'll feel little and insecure, who wouldn't? And in a conclusion, you'll be mad at that someone or in a worse scenario, your desire for that thing will expand and may lead you to nasty doings.

Contentment is not an easy feeling to received most especially in today's society. As a person, we keep wanting for more, we keep on asking for more, we neglected what we already possessed. We disremember the good in everything. It's not wrong to wish for something bigger, it's not wrong to beg for happiness, what's wrong is, making something to be yours when in the first place it isn't for you.

There are many people who don't even have foods to eat, no money to spend for their education, no shelters to sleep at, no money to buy descent clothes and thick slippers. There are kids and adults roaming around with their bare feet asking for just one peso coin. And us? We can eat three times a day, not just thrice but as long as our stomach can handle. We have extra money, we are properly clothes, and we do have shelters to hide around when the rain and night comes. We have those things some people are still longing. We have those little things that they don't have.

Now, tell me, do we have rights to complain when we have everything we need to survive our daily lives?
