BEATING

Thudding it is against my chest
So badly on the verge of bursting
With emotions now kept too long
It is suffering a lot; it manifests.

That pain that ache too strong
Is tearing it from the inside
"Oh soothe me with your Lullaby" it cries
"Oh! To you I belong"

"Oh abandon me of your tangled strings"
It cries , it weeps, it moans
It's rhythmic beating lost too long
"Oh! So pain your ignorance brings"

"Oh! Stitch my wounds I pray to thee
Oh! Calm my raging tempest
That arrow you've positioned in my heart
Expell it oh! I plead"

My heart is shedding tears in vain
But don't you worry it will learn to smile
Because this is the way it happens in this world
And my feelings?
They will learn to exile.
