Beneath time

Info

"Time waits for none"

she heard every time,

but her habit of procrastination,

made her taste lime.

Day by day she got buried beneath time,

"wasting time is a crime"

but she never got this phase,

until one day life hit her hard on the face.

She went on and on procrastinating her feelings,

she knew he wasn't the guy she was searching,

she knew in the end she'd be broken,

but what to do, the devil within had already awoken.

She knew loving him was like standing in the rain,

in the end she would feel the pain,

but she enjoyed standing in the middle of the rain,

even if it meant a war between her heart and her brain.

Time is very heavy,

once lost impossible to levy,

the weight of time is too much for your shoulders,

so stop procrastination, before life gets colder.
