Change is upsetting,

When you and your best friend aren't benchmates anymore.

Change is worrisome,

When a newborn's arrival draws the most of your Mom's love.

Change is painful,

When a trusted neighbor spreads your dirt.

Change is awkward,

When you move in or move out.

Change is sudden,

When your loved ones meet their end.

Change is trouble,

When your spouse is not the one you loved.

Change is stressful,

When your bills overshoot the monthly wage.

Change is frightening,

When a childlike daughter returns with piercings.

Change is disturbing,

When the dependable maid is leaving for good.

Yes,Change isn't always fine but without it there ain't a life.
