“Hello! I had just been stalking to your photos and you look so beautiful over there!”
I sent a message to a virtual image displaying on my Instagram account and took a new sip of coffee. The image reminded me of something that is casual to me! People term it as “I saw this person somewhere but I don’t remember where!” kind of feeling. One by one I stalked all her pictures and still couldn’t get a clue. Clouds in the sky were busy pouring tiny showers and I was in the balcony trying to take advantage of rain in the hot summer.
Few minutes later, profile replied “Hello, thank you for your appreciation!” I was glad, at least she replied without knowing me. I began my conversation, wanting to connect with her at the earliest, she was kind enough to do the same. We got introduced and it was great to know many of our likes and dislikes match! Gradually, conversation lasted for few hours and we planted a new seed in friendships.
Through my busy days, I began to talk with that virtual image, the purity of words it gave, the message it wanted to convey was simply awesome! I liked its presence in my Instagram account and the days went easier! In between the conversations we got emotionally attached and our bond of friendship became stronger. I frequently started to think about meet that virtual image in real life.
It was a fine morning and the sun was shining escaping from the little clouds! Considering it as an important day, I dressed up myself in best and poured a little extra sprays of perfume. We were meeting near ‘Phalano Luga’ in Pulchowk and had plan to go to nearby coffee shop to enhance our friendship with the coffee gossips.
I reached to the said location before time, and waited taking support of the yellow wall of phalano and using mobile. When I was deep down in the news of health-post opened in Kailali in hamropatro, someone patted me on my shoulder!
There she was! A girl with deep black sparkling eyes, dressed up in a deep red gown, bright complexion and a handbag matching with her gown! The curved and smiley face, black silky hair, perfect body structure and she smelled better than my perfume! Her silky hair was frequently appearing on her forehead with a small blow of air! I enormously liked her beauty! At a gallop, the sky was full of clouds now, and she pointed towards nearby coffee shop after a handshake! I thought “Even the clouds got together to see her beauty!”
We sat facing each other in coffee shop, I was deeply fallen into her beauty and was shy to talk to her, better looking than on her Instagram pictures. She was confident in her eyes! I ordered cappuccino and she ordered Masala tea! We than started to talk, talked about our first conversation, families! And when we came about our love life she stayed quiet. I forcefully asked her, she made face and told to change the topic. I didn’t. “What is your upcoming plans?” she asked! Again trying to avoid the topic. I didn’t stop, I kept on asking about her, asking more about her love life!
Suddenly, clouds began to pour heavy rain drops! I kept on asking the same thing! She kept on denying, I became aggressive, began to shout making my sound larger than the sound of rain outside! She too became aggressive, threw the coffee cup and started to shout! I don’t know why no one was noticing us after such quarrel, I don’t know why I wasn’t stopping to ask her the same question again and again. Eventually, I held her shoulders and shouted “Tell Me”! She started to cry so loud!
It was 7:25 AM in the morning and I woke up from such a surprising bad dream. I washed my face and tried to gaze at her profile in Instagram. A cold chilled wind blew in my heart when I was not able to search her profile and got knowledge that I was blocked.
