Claustrophobic or having claustrophobia is simply that we can relate to having a fear of being in closed or small spaces or not providing enough freedom. It can be treated easily by getting into a wide open space under the sky and getting some fresh air. Just avoid being in the place where you feel suffocated and uneasy.
What if you are standing under a big green tree, isolated from the crowd and still feeling the same: Claustrophobic. The cold wind in passing by you every minute and you are still unable to breathe. Something is continuously stabbing your heart, is punching you, leading you to extreme pain but no cure. There are situations when you are frustrated but you are unaware of the real cause of that killing disturbance in your mind. You can’t breathe; you are trapped by some unknown thoughts, your mind flows from the regretful past to that uncertain future. Anxiety and helplessness are what that makes each moment a burden for you. And you are just left with a never ending process of overthinking, just to figure out the real cause and real reason behind this uneasiness and restlessness. No proper term for this feeling, but you can’t deny calling it an extreme mental claustrophobia. The fear of your thoughts, your emotions that continuously pokes your inner peace. That creates a series of questions that are unanswerable. That single why that has no existence!!!!! This claustrophobia from emotions is unbearable and incurable.
