Constrained

Let me free ,don't keep me bind,

Cut my restraints, be gentle and kind.

Don't use those tears to keep me around,

Don't use those chains to keep me bound.

I am a bird and am destined to fly,

Cease using your tricks so sly.

I am bound to leave it all someday,

Better if you keep your anger at bay.

Your torture will do nada to break,

My resolutions, nothing they can't take.

You shout and scream blocking my way,

Tie me up and down to stop me as you say.

Covered all over blood as my dress,

You see everything but just the mess.

I fight , I threaten , I stand , I fall,

I cry , I beg , I struggle through all.

You don't hear my pleads and my sighs,

while scared of fate as the time nighs.

You showed me fields,endless water and sky,

Now constrain in dark that freedom was a lie.

My night sky was just beautiful moon and stars,

until you morphed them to hideous monsters.

You showed me the way to high peaks and open air,

Now you cut my wings not at all being fair.

I am eager to breach this horrendous maze,

Leaving everything in my wake ablaze.

Noone helps but I will get through it,

Even if it means I am left in bits.

I am not the one to be contained,

If I live I do it unconstrained.
