DEATH.
To the people who find it scary, hold on.
To the people who find it appealing, this piece is for you.
The latter kind, you're brave.
You've seen the roughest of winds and toughest of pain
When the raindrops hit you like bullets
When the rainbow made you feel chromophobic
When the sun made you blind
When the moon mocked you of the night you hold inside
When the stars giggled at your twinkling eyes
When even the rain couldn't camouflage your tears
When your eyes burnt red and your smile strained your cheek muscles
When your knees felt weak and your hands felt lifeless
When your hair stayed messy
When your pillows substituted the tissues
And exactly when you started to feel life, your demons deceived you again
When you got tired of life and life got tired of you
You still held on
Your paws scratched all the skin that they could
Your mind bled to bleed
Your heart pumped just for the sake of it
And your soul was all ready to leave
But you still didn't give up
You grabbed onto the pillar of hope which never existed
You saved the flame every time the candle flickered
You fooled yourself into fooling yourself
You pulled your soul and caressed it
You held your own hands and kicked your own ass
Because you, you my darling!
You knew that the storm is worth much more than the calmness.
