Depression

depression...will u never get it before...it will seems like you are having a bad day it will be over till tomorrow ...well it just keep continue every day you feel cold and cold and colder u start pushing your friends and family away...you step back from your relationship...all you just want to be alone...still you are hoping that it will be over it will be fine soon...but it's doesn't...you start throwing up things...you just want to die  that time only one thing come to your mind  just anyhow you want to end this bullshit life.... crying for  hours in washroom.... skipping meals....take bath for long time ...staying in a dark room...you just want to Scape from the reality and finally when you reach your limits you commit suicide...and the story ends

well guys i just wanna say committing suicide or ending your life won't help it just make things worst nothing else...before ending your life just think about your parents once...how wi they feel?when they will know that there son is dead...he or she isn't breathing anymore? how will they feel in first place have u ever thought about that? i just wanna say ending your life won't help u at all....we just get 1 life don't waste it if you think you are depressed or facing some problems or something else just share with someone who understands you...let them know how u feel...just take help.. don't push your friends away.... bring them more close to you...if you things it's still hard tell your parents about it... take counselling just no matter what don't give up   you are not alone we all are here for you...❤️

thanks for reading my story hope you guys like it im just telling this story from my own  experience and 1 thing more depression doesn't need age...im only 14 and i have feel that feeling  it just torn your heart from Inside...every day that feeling kills you more inside...if any one else suffer from the same thing i know they can relate it no matter she or he is your younger or elder just try to help them
