Taking a pen I sit
at the chair and open
my diary the incense of
new pages rejuvenates my soul
and I commence writing my
heart out the image of
my lover surfaces in front
of me I remember our
escapades those wild eyes of
you our fantasies your smile
your tender hands and love
I push the pen across
the paper the smooth sound
it makes is music to
my ears I write a essay
on our expedition around the
globe but the essay has
only your presence not mine
as you and I are
one and you enjoyed so
I enjoyed too I fill
around ten pages as I
write down every single trip
we have taken together happily
the time has passed very
swiftly the refill of the
pen has shrunk considerably I
stop scribbling our rendezvous with
time and life I close
my pen and turn on
the lights of the room
the room quickly gets illuminated
and so does my
diary.
