Drop the Act

Dear Someone-who-should-not-be-named,

            Please just drop the act. Stop pretending that you care for me. Stop making me feel loved, when I'm not. Stop pulling me near you. In that way, I can drop the act of being oblivious when you smile at me, when you walk with me when it's sunny, when you say that I should go under the umbrella when it rains, when you teach me how to play guitar, when you go beside me every time I'll play the piano. Stop, so I can start to stop myself. Stop pulling me, so I can start to stop myself from falling deeper.
